A second public meeting is scheduled to discuss proposed amendments to the City of St. Louis’ current 5 Year Consolidated Plan, the upcoming 5 Year Consolidated Plan Strategy, amendment of the City’s 2003 and 2004 Annual Action Plans, the upcoming 2005 Annual Action Plan, and revision of the City’s 1996 Citizen Participation Plan.
The existing plans are in the process of being amended to reflect the addition of American Dream Downpayment Initiative activities, expansion of the HOPWA service area due to new definitions of Metropolitan Statistical Areas, and changes in Neighborhood Development Projects carried out through the Section 108 Loan Program. The views of citizens, public agencies and other interested parties are encouraged with respect to amending the existing plans and developing the upcoming plans.
