C. Approval of $22,000 for a special technical assistance fund for older 202 and 221 affordable housing developments eligible for stimulus money to Green, retro-fit facilities.
D. Approval of priorities and $5 million to award in grants and loans during the fall 2009 funding round proposed September 22, 2009 thru November 10, 2009.
