OUT OF BUSINESS -- An inspection made to determine whether an establishment is no longer operating.
ROUTINE -- An unannounced inspection of an establishment that is not the result of a complaint. Establishments are required by ordinance to be inspected at least once every six months.

UPGRADE TO A -- An inspection made as a follow-up to an establishment that had recently been downgraded to a B or a C. This indicates the establishment has brought their score up to 85 or above. At this point, all critical violations should have been corrected. A follow-up inspection will be made in approximately 30 days.
UPGRADE TO B -- An inspection made as a follow-up to an establishment that had recently been downgraded to a C. This indicates the establishment has brought their score up to 70 or above, but below 84. At least one more follow-up inspection is needed to ensure all critical violations have been corrected, and their score is high enough to Upgrade to A.
