| Normal entry salary is $36,478. Candidates who possess the advanced qualifications established by the Department of Personnel may be appointed at the recruitment rate of $42,458. | |
Experience: Three years of full-time paid experience in the diagnosis, installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems on a service truck doing commercial and institutional HVAC service and installation work.
OR, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Certification: Qualified candidates must be certified in EPA Standards at the “Universal” level (Type I, II, and III) for refrigeration handling.
License: Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver’s license while employed by the City of St. Louis. Must be able to present license at time of the Oral Interview.
Documentation of academic credentials must be submitted with the application or at the time of the oral interview.
