The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America brought its "Save the Dream Tour" to Chaifetz Arena from Friday, July 31 through Monday, Aug. 3. By the last day, the mortgage counselors had met with about 40,000 homeowners to see about modifying their existing mortgages. Thanks to NACA's advocacy, the "Save the Dream Tour" made a difference for many St. Louisans, allowing them to stay in their homes.
