NACA 'Save the Dream Tour" Headed to St. Louis
July 29, 2009
The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is bringing its “Save the Dream Tour” to Chaifetz Arena, 1 S. Compton Avenue, from Friday, July 31 through Monday, Aug. 3. The hours of operation each day will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Any owner-occupant of a home with an unaffordable mortgage is encouraged to attend the event. They will be able to talk with mortgage counselors and learn if restructuring their mortgage is a viable option for them. NACA has legal binding contracts with all the major lenders to achieve solutions for thousands of home owners. For those attending the event, NACA negotiators will work directly with your lenders onsite to modify existing mortgages to affordable payments right on the spot. The documents someone must bring for loan modification request are: Most recent mortgage statement Pay stubs (most recent 30 days) Property tax bill Home owner’s insurance declaration Last two years’ tax returns Home owners can visit www.naca.com to “pre-register” and upload their documents in advance. Pre-enrolled participants can securely and confidentially upload their required documents, print a certificate online and have priority in seeing a Mortgage Consultant at the event. You may also register by calling 888-499-6222, but walk-ins are welcome. # # #
