By bringing together key policy, program and philanthropic entities we can make sure that all children get the education, services, supports and supervision necessary to make sure that they can grow up to reach their full potential.

This Commission will meet quarterly to bring together the various children, youth and family municipal initiative to find connections, work in common for solutions and jointly, not competitively, seek resources.

  • Target negative trends and promote positive trends as they arise
  • Recommend the investment of local and state resources
  • Coordinate existing initiatives and track outcomes of strategic efforts
  • Recommend changes in legislation or regulation for the betterment of children and families
  • Increase access to information on the condition of children in St. Louis to gain advocate and promote citizen participation
