Developer John Carroll has renovated the former Knickerbocker jeans factory into 24 for-sale lofts.
Constructed in 1899, the building is on the National Register of Historic Places. Washington University Corporate President Robert S. Brookings persuaded the university to construct the building and lease it to earn rental income for the school.
