PARIC Corporation worked with Kansas City based Cohen-Esrey Development to renovate the historic Grant School in south St. Louis into a 44-bed senior-living apartment building.
Built in a three story Romanesque Revival style, the former Grant School building has a rusticated limestone foundation, limestone trim and arcaded windows at the front providing loft-like high ceilings. The building was constructed in 1893, and a three story addition was complete in 1902.
