The historic Cochran public housing complex is being converted into 240 home and apartment units with help from a HOPE VI award. The complex is located north of the Edward Jones Dome. In keeping with HOPE VI guidelines, homes will be a mix of public and market-rate housing. Constuction will begin at the end of 2005.
