Tower Grove South resident and developer Susie Gudermuth has renovated the 79-year-old Capistrano Apartment Building converting the building from 21 small apartments into six large condominiums. The condos range in price from $450,000 for 3,300 square feet to $750,000 for 5,000 square feet. The complexity of this large scale project was captured in a lengthy video prepared by KWMU.
