Portions of land once occupied by the old Busch Stadium will be transformed into Ballpark Village, a million mixed-use development. Proposed ideas for Ballpark Village include offices, residential units, and a Cardinals museum.
Phase I of the project includes a minimum of 325,000 s.f. of office space and 250,000 s.f. of retail/entertainment space.
The project is awaiting approval by the Missouri Development Finance Board.
