This 117 year old house was bought by the Rodemyer-Christel Inc. real estate management firm. The company's offices are located on the lower floors, and the upper floor has residential space. The design and construction team included J.P. McLain and Heine & Croghan.
The building is a City Landmark; in 1886 John Lionberger had Henry Hobson Richardson of Boston design the building for Lionberger's son, Issac, and his new daughter-in-law, Louise.
