Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Forest Park Hotel has been redeveloped into apartments, after being dormant for eleven years. Architect Preston J. Bradshaw (Chase Hotel) designed the hotel in 1923, followed by architect George D. Barnett, Jr's addition in 1926.
The hotel is located at the corner of Euclid and West Pine in the Central West End. The renovation includes 110 rental apartments on the upper levels, a proposed restaurant including outdoor dining, three private dining areas for parties and receptions and street level retail shops. The outdoor swimming pool was reconstructed surrounding by patio dining. The marble and terra cotta features of the lobby and loggia have been renovated as well.
