Chris Goodson and Trace Shaughnessy transformed the Eden Publishing Building into Eden Lofts located at the edge of the Lafayette Square neighborhood. Eden Publishing was built in 1930 by Hoener, Baum & Froese in an art-deco style that contrasts with the Victorian architecture of the neighborhood. There are now 40 loft condominiums, and original elements were kept such as a chapel, black marble columns and a curved metal staircase.
