This red brick building was initially used by Bell telephone company and is a City Landmark (formerly known as the Hartley B. Comfort Building).

Craig Heller has developed the former S.G. Adams building into twenty-four apartments, in concert with Mansur Real State services of Indianapolis.

The building contains City Grocers Gourmet Market, a 6,100 square foot, full-service grocery on the 1st floor level with a dining area on the mezzanine level. The grocery opened in the fall of 2004.
