The St. Louis Treasurer's Office in partnership with Westin Group finished a new 762-car garage downtown. The 7th and Pine Partnership project was constructed by C. Rallo.
The new garage serves the central business district. It is bounded by Olive, 7th, and Pine Streets. Almost 19,000 square feet of new street-level retail activity is available.
Users of the facility include visitors and tenants of the Laclede Gas Building, the State Office Building, and Famous-Barr. Other nearby office buildings and retailers also benefit from the project.
