(Map this address with Yahoo! Maps)

This former warehouse with its striking mural on the west and southern exposures has been redeveloped by Don Breckenridge, Gundaker commercial group and Hardesty. The $72 million project includes the Sheraton City Center hotel, and 54 build to suit condominiums units on the upper floors. There is a large interior atrium as well as substantial parking.

The Edison Brothers warehouse was built by J.C. Penney in 1928 as a regional distribution facility. In 1983, Edison Brothers commissioned Richard Haas to paint a trompe l'oeil mural that uses themes from the 1904 World's Fair on three of the building's four sides. Vacant for four years, a group of investors led by Donald Breckenridge acquired the building and turned it into a mixed-use rehabilitation project.

A 292-suite Sheraton hotel occupies floors 1, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 13, while floors 9-12 house the 54 condominium units. Floors 2, 3 and 4 are used for parking spaces. An atrium measuring 50 feet wide stretches from the fifth to thirteenth floors. The building also features a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop at street level.
