2701 Wyoming 2701 Wyoming has been transformed into two for-sale townhomes. The wrought iron fencing in the front yard enhances the historic features and beautiful brickwork found throughout the Benton Park West Neighborhood. This property was rehabilitated by Millennium Restoration and Development and financed by Allegiant Bank. Over the past four years, Millennium has won both LANDMARKS and HOMER awards for its historic preservation projects in St. Louis neighborhoods.

The homes have hardwood floors on the main level, along with stained glass windows, fireplace mantles, and ceramic tile in the kitchens and baths. The floor plans are tailored to each home's unique features. The larger townhouse also has original pocket doors. The second townhouse has a unique entrance, set back from the street, and a grand staircase highlighted by a fleur-de-lis stained glass window. There is richly stained wood everywhere, along with solid wood doors, 10-foot columns and built-in bookcases. Hardwood floors are the finishing touch.   The homes have hardwood floors on the main level, along with stained glass windows, fireplace mantles, and ceramic tile in the kitchens and baths. In both townhouses, the eat-in kitchens feature islands with marble counter tops, cathedral arched maple cabinets, appliances, and great storage in a thoughtfully planned kitchen layout. Each house has its own individual garage and private back yard, complete with a spacious deck. The landscape design for these homes shows the developer's eye for those great details that stand out for today's homebuyers.   In both townhouses, the eat-in kitchens feature islands with marble counter tops, cathedral arched maple cabinets, appliances, and great storage in a thoughtfully planned kitchen layout.
