The Community Affairs Bureau serves as a link between the Circuit Attorney and the people of the City of St. Louis. The Bureau works to facilitate the crime prevention component of prosecution in the Circuit Attorney’s Office. The Bureau brings information from the Community back to the Circuit Attorney’s Office to facilitate the best results in our pursuit of justice. In addition the Community Affairs Bureau, attorneys use regular communication between the Circuit Attorney’s Office and district commanders, police officers and other governmental officials to deal with particular community criminal problems or target locations.
