Jennifer Joyce heads the Circuit Attorney's Office for the City of St. Louis. The Circuit Attorney's office aggressively prosecutes state-level office offenses that happen within the City of St. Louis. The Office's mission is to pursue justice for all citizens within the highest standards of ethical behavior and professionalism.
