Message:B.B. #230 – Conway, An ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the St. Louis Municipal Finance Corporation to issue and sell its Leasehold Revenue Refunding Bonds in order to refund all or a portion of its outstanding Refunded Bonds and to issue and sell its Leasehold Revenue Improvement Bonds in order to fund the construction, repair, improvement and renovation of the Cervantes Convention Center.
ADDED - B.B. #183 - Conway, An ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the Mayor and the City of St. Louis, to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the
U. S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, to fund the Justice Assistance Grant Program, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and to expend funds by entering into contracts or otherwise for grant purposes and containing an emergency clause.
