(a California corporation), d/b/a AT&T Internet Services ("the Company") pursuant to which Company will access and use City property, as defined in the Agreement, to construct and operate a wireless broadband internet access system for public use and to provide free and fee wireless broadband internet access, on terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by reference. |
