St. Louis Development Corporation, in partnership with the Small Business Administration (SBA), offers various loan programs to assist small business in starting up and/or expanding operations. Generally SLDC assisted loan programs require bank participation. SLDC programs are not designed to replace bank financing. These programs are designed to lower interest rates or help lower down payments.
