Anthrax
Anthrax is an acute infectious disease caused by the spore-forming bacterium Bacillus anthracis, a deadly substance used by terrorists in various ways as an agent of biological warfare. It also occurs naturally in some livestock.
If you suspect anthrax contamination, contact the Metropolitan St. Louis Police Department immediately.
In case of suspected bio-terrorism illness, please call your physician; or if an emergency, please call 911.
