Ambulance Services
The City of St. Louis Emergency Medical Service (EMS) is a unit of the Fire Department. Call 9-1-1 for emergency help. If you need to arrangement payment for a past ambulance trip, contact EMS. In some cases, your payment may be forwarded to or collected by Abbott Ambulance or Gateway Ambulance, private companies that provide additional ambulance services to the City of St. Louis by contract.
