Absentee Ballot

The City of St. Louis Board of Elections has an online Application For Absentee Ballot.

You must specify whether you are applying for an Absentee Ballot for the General Election or an Absentee Ballot for a Primary Election.

An absentee by-mail application is valid for one election only.

Absentee in-person voting begins in Missouri six weeks before each election. Absentee in-person voting in the City of St. Louis is currently conducted ONLY at the office of the Board of Elections, located at 300 N. Tucker Blvd. at Olive St., in downtown St. Louis.
