If 2-1-1 is not yet active with your phone provider, you can reach the 2-1-1 call center by dialing (800) 427-4626. In the St. Louis area you can also dial (314) 421-4636 (INFO). Since cell phones are not currently included in the 2-1-1 service, you may dial either of the previous numbers to access 2-1-1 through your cell phone.
Companies who use PBX (Private Branch eXchanges) may not be set up to accommodate 2-1-1. Contact your phone system administrator to find out if your phones can be set up to access 2-1-1 from your office.
