The Recorder of Deeds Vital Records Office issues certified copies of death certificates dating from 1870 to Present. Also available are statewide birth records death records dating from 1980 to Present. You may apply for a Certified Death Certificate either in person (Room 124) or by mail (Room 126).
Cost: $13.00 first copy, $10.00 for subsequent copies of same record.
