MetroLink Light Rail Service ranges from six minute intervals during peak weekday time periods up to thirty minute intervals during offpeak weekday and early and late weekend time periods. Some trains in Illinois do not continue to the eastern terminus station (Shiloh-Scott) at Southwestern Illinois College; check headsigns on the front of each train to ensure that it is running to the end of the line. Please also note that Monday-Friday scheduled times may be adjusted by Holidays – including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, if they occur during this timeframe. Ticket prices: One-ride ticket: $1.75 ($0.85 children/seniors/disabled) Two-hour pass: $2.00 ($1.00 children/seniors/disabled) Two-hour pass purchased at Lambert Airport: $3.25 ($1.60 children/seniors/disabled) One-day pass: $4.25 Payment: Cash only is accepted at Ticket Vending Machines located at every MetroLink stop. Change is usually available. At the MetroRide store in downtown St. Louis, credit cards are accepted. Single-ride tickets are pre-validated. All other tickets must be validated at the red validator machines located at every MetroLink stop.
