Complaints and Service Requests
To file a complaint or request a service, contact the Citizens' Service Bureau first.
For complaints about neighborhood nuisances, such as graffiti, abandoned cars, high weeds, etc., contact the Neighborhood Stabilization Team (NST) to find out how to contact your Neighborhood Stabilization Officer (NSO). NSOs are assigned by ward.
In an emergency, call 911. For non-emergency situations when police may be necessary, call (314) 231-1212. This number also goes to the Police Department 911 operators, but calls are placed on a lower priority.
